Is this a monthly subscription?
Yes it is! We charge on a fixed monthly rate depending on the plan you choose.
How many hours will your team be working for?
The number of hours are indicated in which plan you choose. It is also the minimum hours we're willing to spend every day to work on your business. We can provide additional hours if you require more to be done as long as it's not outside our business hours and depending on the urgency. We will be in constant communication with you as to what we can and cannot finish as we've experienced that some tasks require more than a day to complete.
Do you work on a specific timezone?
Since we are based in the Philippines, we work on that timezone too. We take care of our team that way. We have seen that working on a graveyard shift has it's negative effect on our overall health and quality of work. Our services are open from Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM.
How about holidays?
We love holidays! And we love being able to take the time off to rest and recharge. We can't be all work and no play. Holidays are also times where our team can redirect focus on personal matters. We have a total of 18 local Philippine Holidays but we don't take them all! We will send you a list of holidays we take as part of your onboarding process. Please also take note that these holidays we take are non-refundable.
What if you go on vacation?
This is the beauty of working with I Can With Cian. All your tasks will still be done skillfully even when I'm away. How? I ensure that an internal SOP is set up in place which gives way for a seamless transition. You won't even feel it!
