Online Calendar Management
Let us stay on top with your meetings and never miss them. We will help organize your calendar. You don't even have to visit the app you're using to set things up.
Email Inbox Management
What separates a clean Inbox from the rest? It's productivity. We see it all the time! Messages all over the place, unsorted, unlabeled, it's a jungle! You won't have to worry about that anymore, our team will handle it from the beginning and the end of their shift, that way, you won't even have to go through unimportant messages anymore.
Customer Support
We understand that as business owners, you have bigger things to do than answer hundreds of customer inquiries. It's definitely not considered a lesser priority, we just think that someone can take that off your hands so you can give more attention to your pending business plans and make them into reality. Our customer support services are spread out via emails, an existing software you're currently using, or even on social media.
Social Media Support
This is us helping you become socially present. We will take all your social media content and put it out there accordingly. This is also part of customer support. Liking, commenting and being more engaging with your customers.
Data Entry & Research
This includes any form of research for topics that you're needing info with. We know how time consuming research and data entry can get so we'll dive in deeper for you and collect all necessary information.
External and Internal SOP's
External SOP's are the FAQ's you currently have on your web. If you have one, we'll help you update them if needed. If you don't have one, we'll create them. We will use commonly asked questions based on the customer support we encounter during the first few months of handling them. FAQ's help cut down time spent on customer support, lessen the number of emails received, and help you address bigger concerns.
Internal SOP's are for you and your team members. Having this in place saves you time spent in teaching them how to do things the right way. We'll create individual SOP's as we do each separate task, and you can freely share this with your team or if you ever decide to hire a new member.
Blog Posting and Newsletters
The challenge with blogs and newsletters is that they require a lot of work. If you're keeping more than you're sending out because you lack the time to put them together then let us help you with that! We'll spend time formatting your blog, making it look attractive, add image, etc. All you have to worry about is creating your content and we'll take care of the rest. (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CONTENT WRITING).
Basic Graphic Design
We think of graphic design as the cherry on top. Sometimes, even without a written content, a simple image is all you need to convey your message. Depending on where you want to put it: social media, blogs, newsletters, or your website, our team of graphic designers will whip up something for you.
